24-Hour Institutional Disclosure & Evaluation Notice

AVEUM FAMILY VAULT

Evaluation Version: 2.0 - Institutional
Evaluation Type: AVEUM Family Vault - 24-Hour Test
Effective Date: Upon activation of the test environment

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This document describes the AVEUM Family Vault 24-Hour Institutional Evaluation made available by Aveum Systems for technical demonstration, evaluation, and familiarization purposes.

THIS DOCUMENT IS A DISCLOSURE AND EVALUATION NOTICE. IT IS NOT THE AVEUM MASTER LICENSE AGREEMENT, DOES NOT GRANT PRODUCTION RIGHTS, AND IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE OR AMEND ANY SEPARATE LICENSE OR COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT.

The institutional evaluation is a controlled test environment designed to allow an authorized evaluator to understand the operation and workflow of the AVEUM Family Vault using synthetic genomic data.

Any production deployment, commercial use, extended access, use of real genomic data, or other rights beyond the evaluation environment are subject to separate written documentation issued by Aveum.

1. WHAT IS BEING DISCLOSED

Aveum Systems is making available a limited, controlled demonstration of the AVEUM Family Vault, a genomic-gated digital asset vault workflow.

The evaluation is intended to allow an authorized institutional evaluator to understand how the Family Vault workflow operates before considering access to Aveum's production or Ethereum Mainnet protocol environment.

The evaluation environment allows the evaluator to:

The evaluation is not a production deployment.

2. TESTNET DATA SCOPE

The evaluation environment uses synthetic genomic data only.

The test GIS is calibrated for synthetic Chr1 and Chr22 test data.

The production GIS is materially different. Production operation is designed around the applicable full genomic input and certified-laboratory workflow and is not limited to the synthetic Chr1/Chr22 evaluation configuration.

Accordingly:

TESTNET EVALUATION ≠ PRODUCTION GIS

The evaluation is intended to demonstrate the Family Vault operational workflow, not to reproduce the complete production genomic-processing environment.

The evaluator should therefore not infer production performance, production eligibility, production acceptance criteria, or production genomic coverage solely from the test environment.

3. SYNTHETIC DATA ONLY

The evaluation environment is designed exclusively for synthetic data.

For purposes of this disclosure:

"Synthetic Data" means artificially generated genomic sequences produced by Aveum's test-generation system that are not intended to correspond to a real individual.

"Real Data" means genomic information derived from an actual individual or biological sample, including, without limitation:

Real Data must not be submitted to the evaluation environment.

The evaluator should assume that the test environment is not authorized, configured, or intended for processing real genomic information.

4. CONFIDENTIAL COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT

The evaluation operates through an Aveum-controlled confidential computing environment utilizing an AWS Nitro Enclave deployment.

The evaluation environment is designed so that the evaluator does not receive access to:

The evaluator may observe the permitted outputs of the evaluation workflow but does not receive the underlying protected computation environment.

The enclave deployment may use measurement and attestation information, including PCR measurements, as part of Aveum's technical security architecture.

5. AVEUM FAMILY VAULT TEST CONFIGURATION

The AVEUM Family Vault evaluation is designed around the following test configuration:

Main Vault

One principal test vault may be configured for the evaluation.

Family Vault Sub-Vaults

Up to ten (10) Family Vault sub-vaults may be configured for the test.

Main-Vault Asset-Class Vaults

Up to ten (10) additional Main-Vault asset-class vaults may be configured in the applicable test configuration.

Source Wallets

The evaluation may provision or connect an AVEUM Source Wallet through the designated MPC infrastructure.

The exact number and configuration of test wallets may be controlled by the applicable evaluation environment and technical provisioning system.

6. TEST OPERATIONS

During the evaluation, the evaluator may be provided access to selected test operations, including:

  1. assignment of a test Vault Allocation Number (VAN);
  2. selection of the applicable Family Vault configuration;
  3. provisioning of a test Source Wallet through the designated MPC infrastructure;
  4. generation of synthetic genome pairs;
  5. submission of synthetic genome material through the GIS Tunnel;
  6. derivation of test genomic identity anchors within the confidential computing environment;
  7. display of permitted identity outputs through the designated test interface;
  8. configuration of Family Vault sub-vaults;
  9. configuration of applicable folder or genomic-drop workflows;
  10. disposal of test input material according to the evaluation environment's technical workflow; and
  11. provisioning of testnet vault accounts on Sepolia or a successor Ethereum test network designated by Aveum.

The precise functions made available may vary according to the test configuration and technical environment.

7. TESTNET DIGITAL ASSETS

The evaluation is a testnet demonstration.

NO REAL DIGITAL ASSETS SHOULD BE PLACED INTO THE EVALUATION ENVIRONMENT.

Any testnet balances, testnet tokens, or testnet vault positions displayed during the evaluation are for demonstration and technical testing purposes only and should not be regarded as having monetary value.

Where Aveum makes utility tokens available for testing, those tokens are provided solely for evaluation of the applicable test workflow.

The evaluation does not itself confer:

8. SOURCE WALLET AND MPC PROVIDER

The AVEUM Source Wallet may operate through an external or designated MPC infrastructure provider.

Where an external MPC provider is used, that provider may apply its own terms, KYC procedures, custody arrangements, authentication procedures, and compliance requirements.

Aveum operates at the applicable protocol or substrate layer and does not represent that it performs KYC or provides custody of assets held by an external MPC provider.

The evaluator should review the applicable MPC provider's terms before using any wallet or custody functionality.

9. EVALUATION WINDOW

The standard Family Vault evaluation window is twenty-four (24) consecutive hours beginning when the test environment is activated.

At the end of the evaluation window:

The evaluation does not automatically convert into production access.

10. MACHINE AND TEST ENVIRONMENT IDENTIFICATION

For technical security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and test-environment administration, Aveum may associate a test environment with technical identifiers such as:

These identifiers may be used to prevent repeated or unauthorized creation of evaluation environments and to maintain the integrity of the test infrastructure.

The technical identification of a device does not constitute a requirement that the evaluator disclose its personal identity to Aveum.

11. PROHIBITED TEST ACTIVITY

The following activities are outside the intended scope of the evaluation:

Aveum may technically terminate, suspend, isolate, or disable a test environment if it detects activity that threatens the security, integrity, or operation of the evaluation infrastructure.

12. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

The evaluation may expose the evaluator to information that Aveum regards as confidential or proprietary, including technical architecture, system workflows, enclave configuration, cryptographic methods, vault configuration, implementation details, and other non-public information.

This disclosure should not be interpreted as granting the evaluator ownership or intellectual-property rights in any such information.

Any confidentiality obligations applicable to the evaluator shall arise only under a separate confidentiality agreement, NDA, license, or other written instrument expressly imposing such obligations.

This Disclosure & Evaluation Notice itself is not intended to constitute a standalone confidentiality agreement.

13. NO PRODUCTION RIGHTS

Nothing in this disclosure provides the evaluator with a right to:

Any such rights require separate written authorization and, where applicable, a separate Aveum Institutional Full Master License Agreement.

14. NO AUTOMATIC COMMERCIAL CONVERSION

Completion of the evaluation does not create an obligation on either side to proceed with a commercial relationship.

The evaluation does not automatically convert into:

Any such relationship must be separately documented.

15. TEST ENVIRONMENT DISCLAIMER

The Family Vault evaluation is provided solely for technical evaluation and demonstration.

The evaluation environment may differ from the production environment in architecture, performance, data scope, availability, security configuration, supported functions, network configuration, token configuration, and other respects.

The test environment should not be relied upon as a representation of final production specifications.

16. CHANGES TO THE TEST ENVIRONMENT

Aveum may modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue components of the test environment as necessary for security, infrastructure, testing, maintenance, development, or operational reasons.

This may include changes to:

Such technical changes do not create or modify production rights.

17. SEPARATE CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS

Where Aveum requires legally binding terms for a particular evaluation, deployment, license, confidentiality obligation, commercial transaction, or production use, Aveum may provide a separate written instrument specifically identified as a contract, license, NDA, or other binding agreement.
